I really like this cookbook. It has awesome pictures and easy to read recipes. I’m always like to find better ways to cut some calories and this book helps do just that form drinks all the way to dessert. You get a Nutrition facts and Diabetic exchanges at the side of the recipe, so you know what your getting in each recipe if you follow it exact. There is low fat and low salt recipes so you get a good verity. The only downside I found was the small dessert section, but hay, this is a guilt free cookbook what can I expect.
