The Lawman
I’ve never really been into reading western romances for a few reasons. One reason is mainly because the heroine always seems to be on the prude side when it comes to sex. I have always believed sex back then was different than what are parents, grandparents and even history books has led us to believe. Heck if it was up to them none of us would be having it now, but this is totally my opinion. Anyhow, I read a few westerns and just wasn’t impressed. Then just a few days ago I noticed The Lawman was free on Amazon, well… I just had to give it a whirl and I’m so glad I did, it was so fun to read. I instantly loved all the characters, especially Abigail, she is strong and isn’t afraid of anything, including sex;). Sparks starts flying as soon as these two meet and they don’t let up though the whole book.
I really enjoyed the story; I just wish it would have been just a few chapters longer. I would suggest this novella to anyone that looks for a fun romance instead of a history book.
